Yes, we offer free estimates during normal business hours only.
Every job is different. Some jobs are flat rate whereas others are dependent upon time and material used or based on an hourly rate. All after-hours work is hourly (OT) plus travel. The best thing to do is call and we can discuss your project and the rates so there are no surprises.
Yes, usually, but it is not a quote nor to be considered binding. Again, every job is unique in some way.
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
A ground resistance reading needs to be taken at the ground wire/ground rod with a special meter. Tight connections do not guarantee an acceptable reading (below 25 Ohms). Above this reading, surge protection devices won't work well either.
Typically, no. However, we have several excellent contractors we can refer to you for this work.
Yes, we work with Kohler units only. We offer basic repairs, maintenance, and electric components. Heavy engine diagnostics & repairs are referred out.

Anywhere from $10.00 - $15.00 per square foot. It depends on many factors: size, location, accessibility, complexity, who supplies what materials, number of devices and light fixtures, gas or electric appliances, generator, pools, spas, etc.
We make every effort to call people back before the end of the business day. If not, it will be within 24 hours. If it's an emergency, call, do not email, and we will get back to you within an hour.
If it is an urgent or emergency matter and we are able to shuffle the schedule, then yes. For a routine repair or installation, it would likely be the very end of the day or next morning.
